If you miss your scheduled night, it cannot be used for another date. Your ticket will be valid for only the date that you purchased it for. How do I get in? The main entrance is around the back by the parking lot, on the Ashland side of the building.

What do I need to bring? Your printed ticket from Eventbrite and a valid ID.

What if I get hungry from all of the jumping? The concession stand will be open!.

If you do not bring a pair of “Altitude Socks” you will be required to purchase a pair for $4 in order to jump.

Do I wear socks? Your ticket does not include Altitude Socks which are required for jumping.

What time should I arrive? 7:15pm would be ideal, but you can come anytime.What do I need to do before arriving?
